"After years of failed attempts to fix the intermittent leaks in the roof of the Regal Theatre in Subiaco, the Regal Theatre Foundation appointed Roofology to investigate the source of the leaks and to carry out the necessary repairs.

"In 2020, I had a bad experience with a roof plumber who ended up ‘ghosting me’ after 10 months of me asking for a start date. I’d paid for a report (which took 4 months to receive) and then had trouble with communication which often took weeks to receive a response, if at all. This REALLY put me off roof plumbers and the ‘all talk’ roof restoration businesses, who had charged me thousands to fix leaks that were never completely fixed. 

THEN a friend recommended ‘Roofology’ and my faith in skilled tradesmen was revived!! 

ALL communication was same day, friendly, efficient and respectful. Any query I had was addressed with detail and I always felt that I’d been heard. As a woman, I’d often come across men who treated me as a ‘pushover’ who didn’t know what she was talking about. It was sooooooo refreshing to have communication through emails and in person, conducted in a respectful manner.

The initial report and quote by Sean, was part of the service provided by Roofology. Unlike the previous company, I was not charged nor kept waiting for a quote. Sean took photos of my roof and areas of concern so he could show me and explain the areas requiring attention. His explanations were delivered with respect, experience and understanding of the issues.

The job itself was carried out efficiently. Sean even discovered someone previously working in the roof cavity had removed batons, possibly for access. Instead of replacing the batons, they had then ‘locked’ tiles in place, which had obviously been moving and letting in rain. 4 previous companies hadn’t found the problem. 

The result? Even with all of the heavy rain and storms we have had since the job was completed, I’ve had no leaks, the first time in 6 years! I’m THRILLED with the result!!

"We built our house 10 years ago and the roof has leaked every winter since. The leaks caused the electricity to switch off through the winter months and caused damage to the interior of our house.
